Job Description
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Orienting new employees to the organization
- Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey, etc.)
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
- Has basic knowledge of Labor Law
SALARY RANGE:
Php20,000 (Manila Daily Wage Php 645.00, Meal Allowance Php 80.00, & Service Charge estimated Php 5,000 per month)
