Job Description

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Release Planning: Plan and coordinate environment releases, including scheduling, resource allocation (environments, pipelines & test data), and risk management.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective change and release practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment with change and release objectives.
Documentation: Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, including release notes, change logs, and technical specifications.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor release activities, track progress, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with change and release activities.
Compliance: Ensure all change and release activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Salary:
₱160,000.00 Monthly
