Job Description
The candidate must have:
● Graduate of any related 4-year course at least one (1) year of working experience in back-office operations;
CRM Experience
● Detailed oriented and resourceful;
● Basic to intermediate data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)
● strong sense of commitment to the organization’s goals and values;
● high flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours;
● ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment;
● ability to meet aggressive deadlines;
● able to comply with the organization’s hybrid set up;
Job Description
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (Describes the results for which the position has an on-going accountability. Accountabilities are statements of the important end results, which the job needs to achieve to justify its existence. Each accountability statement should relate to a single end result which must be accomplished and to which some measurement of performance can be applied.)
1) Data Gathering
a) Collect and compile source data needed to generate report for clients
b) Cleanse data collected from different entities to standardize format and view of reports
2) Account Creation and Modification
a) Responsible for accurate and timely setup of account requests;
b) Data entry, which includes maintenance and update of customer information in the system;
c) Master Data attributes validations, at the point of entry, including but not limited to EIN, Address, Phone, Price List, Buying Group, Sales Hierarchy.
3) Prepare Reports
a. Record vital information to create reports that may highlight potential problems and fixes
b. Generate and publish graphical report presentation as needed by the business
c. Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports or emails
d. Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.
e. Ensure successful and timely uploading of data to the system
2. Quality Control
a. Ensure accuracy of data entered and timely reporting for commercial and operational use
b. Call out possible discrepancy in the data prior to releasing report through coordination with customer
3. Maintain Confidentiality and Data Security
a. Ensure confidentiality of data managed by enforcing security guidelines to keep information gathered and processed protected and do not get breached
4. Adherence to CMMI compliance
5. Learning and Development
a. knowledge on business process through cross-skilling and upskilling where and when applicable
b. Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the team
7. General
a. Group mailbox management;
b. Proper filing of new account documentation;
c. Maintaining project and asset logs;
d. Meeting the team’s performance metrics
8. Perform other tasks or projects assigned
