Job Description
The candidate must have:
● At least one (1) year of working experience in back-office operations;
● With experience in SAP
● With experience in Finance
● With experience in Invoicing
● A competitive analytical skills and communicative competence;
● Am intermediate to advance knowledge in data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)
● A strong sense of commitment to the organization’s goals and values;
Job Description
1. Data Gathering
a. Collect and compile data needed to generate report for clients
b. Cleanse data collected from different entities to standardize format and view of reports
2. Prepare Reports
a. Record vital information to create reports that may highlight potential problems and fixes
b. Generate and publish graphical report presentation as needed by the business
c. Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports or emails
d. Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.
e. Ensure successful and timely uploading of data to the system for commercial and operational use
f. Responsible for providing feedback regarding customer inquiries and support requirements related to sales and operations data to immediate superior
3. Quality Control
a. Ensure accurate and timely reporting for commercial and operational use
b. Call out possible discrepancy in the data prior to releasing report through coordination with customer
4. Maintain Confidentiality and Data Security
a. Ensure confidentiality of data managed by enforcing security guidelines to keep information gathered and processed protected and do not get breached
5. Adherence to CMMI compliance
6. Learning and Development
a. Expand knowledge on business process through cross-skilling and upskilling where and when applicable
b. Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the team
7. Perform other tasks or projects assigned
