Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Handles customer inquiries, policy management, and sales-related tasks for an insurance company.
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
-At least SHS or K-12 graduate
-With 1 year bpo experience
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
