Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Analyze manufacturing and operational costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Prepare cost reports and financial analysis to support management decisions.
-Monitor inventory valuation, cost variances, and production expenses.
-Develop and implement cost control measures to improve efficiency.
-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-Conduct periodic cost audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
-Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize cost structures.
-Maintain accurate records of raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
-Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to cost accounting.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
