Job Description
-Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or departments.
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
-Maintain and update records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
-Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
-Assist in office operations, including ordering supplies and managing office logistics.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
-Perform other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
