Job Description
The job purpose of a Senior VIP host is to manage and strengthen relationships with an organization's most important clients, ensures that these clients receive personalized service, high levels of satisfaction, and solutions tailored to their needs. The goal is to maximize long-term business value and revenue from these accounts, ensuring their continued loyalty and growth.
Job Description:
A. Client Relationship Management
Establishing strong, trust-based relationships through regular, in-person meetings.
Proactively addressing clients’ needs and concerns during events.
Ensuring continuous communication and support.
B. Event Promotional and Engagement
Drive attendance and engagement through effective promotional strategies.
Engage attendees pre, during, and post-event to enhance client value.
Develop pre-event communication strategies (invitations, reminders).
C. Account Planning and Development
Develop tailored account plans and strategies to meet the needs of key accounts while aligning with the company’s business objectives.
D. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure the client’s needs are met and that accounts are managed effectively.
E. Reporting and Performance Tracking
Track the performance of key accounts and report on the status of relationships, goals, and any risks.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports on key account activities.
Monitoring the performance and progress of accounts against agreed-upon KPIs.
F. Compliance with Company Policy and Procedure and Attendance
Ensure all activities and processes comply with established company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Plan and host exclusive online and offline VIP events, promotions, and experiences.
Proven ability to generate sales opportunities, close deals, and expand accounts.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
