Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Handles customer inquiries, policy management, and sales-related tasks for an insurance company.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
At least SHS or K-12 graduate
With 1 year bpo experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
