Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting customers with telecom-related services such as mobile plans, internet, cable, and technical troubleshooting.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
Open for High school graduate
With 6 months bpo experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
