Job Description
Salary: Open for negotiation – Option for percentage-based compensation per enrollee or a fixed basic salary.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Trainers Methodology (TM) Program, ensuring alignment with TESDA regulations and accreditation standards.
2. Develop, enhance, and implement the curriculum based on industry trends and competency-based training methodologies.
3. Supervise TM instructors and assess their instructional methods for effectiveness.
4. Ensure compliance with TESDA training regulations, assessment requirements, and certification processes.
5. Monitor student progress, facilitate assessments, and ensure quality training delivery.
6. Establish partnerships with TESDA, industry professionals, and training institutions to enhance program relevance.
7, Oversee the accreditation, certification, and quality assurance of training and assessment programs.
Qualifications:
✔ Must be a TESDA-certified TM Level II holder (TM III preferred).
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Education, TVET, or any related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
✔ At least 3–5 years of experience in TVET instruction, training, or program management.
✔ Strong knowledge of competency-based training and assessment (CBTA), TESDA regulations, and industry standards.
✔ Leadership and administrative experience in managing training programs.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills."
