Job Description

We are looking for a Cash Operations Analyst to oversee and manage cash transactions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain operational efficiency in cash management processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance, treasury, and accounting teams to reconcile cash balances, analyze cash flow, and optimize liquidity while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Reconciliation
Monitor daily cash transactions and identify discrepancies.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, receipts, and cash transfers.
Investigate and resolve payment errors, delays, or discrepancies.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Analyze cash flow trends and prepare reports for management.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Process Optimization & Compliance
Develop and improve cash operations processes to increase efficiency.
Maintain compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Collaboration & Relationship Management
Work closely with treasury and accounting teams to optimize cash management strategies.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to manage transactions and accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, accounting, or financial services.
Experience with banking transactions, financial reconciliations, and payment processing is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Knowledge of cash management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems and banking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial institutions, corporate treasury, or payment processing.
Understanding of regulatory compliance related to cash transactions.
Certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CFA (a plus).
