Job Description
Position: Accounting Assistant
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php725,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1 year of working experience in any accounting related job.
With experience using any Accounting Software is an advantage.
Willing to work on site
Willing to attend face to face interview once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeping track of, posting, and settling client payments.
Making a list of official invoices and billings and verifying that all the information is correct and comprehensive
Official Invoices/Billings and System Proforma Invoices Reconciliation
Keeping an eye on the Form 2307 that the business has created or issued
Information preparation for the quarterly VAT filing
Information and document preparation for the FS and BIR audit [Receivables]
Other assignments that could be given
