Job Description
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Qualifications
> Active PHRN license
> Bachelor's degree
> With 1+ years of customer facing work experience preferred.
> Short Term Disability Claim Processing Experience reviewing and gathering information, making phone calls, and making the actual claim decision - at least 1 year or more of successful performance of processing Short Term Disability claims preferred.
> Legal and policy experience - being able to read, interpret policies, policy provisions, and industry regulations to accurately interrupt and apply them to claims situations is preferred.
> Computer skills and typing proficiency Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is preferred.
> Can start immediately or on May 12, 2025
