Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating between internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (third-party contractors, regulatory bodies, etc.).
Lead and manage the design team and engineering team, ensuring that all designs meet project requirements and are executed according to construction schedules.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, public and private sector representatives, and the community, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Ensure that the project complies with grid interconnectivity requirements and regulatory standards set by governing bodies.
Lead and maintain the safety culture on-site, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and that all construction activities are performed according to industry best practices.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and manage the allocation of resources to achieve project milestones.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Resolve any project-related issues or challenges, ensuring solutions are provided in a timely and effective manner.
Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, balancing technical expertise with strong leadership.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project activities and milestones.
Qualifications:
