Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Document Editing & Management: Format, proofread, and organize reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
2.Email Coordination:
-Create and manage professional email accounts.
-Monitor and prioritize incoming emails; draft responses as needed.
3.E-Commerce Support:
-Upload products to online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
-Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
4.General Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, file organization, and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related fields.
Skills:
1.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
2.Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
3.Strong written English and attention to detail.
Preferred:
1.Familiarity with basic SEO or digital marketing.
2.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
