Job Description
-Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to products or services
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
-College graduates without work experience are eligible for consideration (fresh graduates are welcome).
-College undergraduates may be considered if they have experience in customer service or any BPO-related roles.
-High school graduates can also be considered, provided they have a minimum of 3 years of BPO experience.
-Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
-Willing to go back on-site once recalled
