Position: Customer Service Representative

⚡Open for Non-Bachelors Degree.

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Support customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
⚡Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely manner.
⚡Handling customer complaints and returns, and resolving conflicts.
⚡Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
⚡Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time .
