Job Description
1. Conducts hiring and sourcing activities.
2. Collaborates with the hiring managers to ensure suitability of applicants.
3. Attracts qualified candidates for the position using different sourcing techniques.
4. Conducts screening, interviews, and verifications of qualified applicants.
5. Submits weekly/monthly reports.
B. Performance Management & Training and Development
1. Monitors, tracks improvement and reviews employee's performance based on approved KPI.
2. Conducts a one-on-one discussion and counselling with the employees.
3. Provides continuous feedback for both employees and the management.
4. Offers practical advice and give guidance to individuals to align performance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in the field of recruitment and performance management/training and development.
3. With strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret performance data.
5. Ability to assess employee performance with the knowledge, skills, and ability based on the approved KPI.
6. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.

- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
