Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s workforce needs efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
 Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
 Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
 Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Location: Silang, Cavite
Work Schedule: 5-Day Compressed Work Week (Mondays to Fridays, 9.5 hours per day)
Salary Range: PHP 16,500 – 18,000
