Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or social media.
-Assist customers with product or service-related questions, orders, billing, troubleshooting, and other concerns.
-Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
-Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
-Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
-Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
-Meet performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Sr.High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
-Previous customer service experience preferred but not always required.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.
-Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
-Active listening and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

- ₱25,000.00 Monthly
