Job Summary
The Change and Release Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption. This role includes planning and coordinating environment releases, managing resources, and mitigating risks. The Change and Release Management Lead will also mentor a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in change management, release planning, and risk management.
– Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
– Strong ability to collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align change and release strategies with business objectives.
– Expertise in release planning, resource allocation, and environment management.
– Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal policy requirements.
– Experience with documentation, including release notes, change logs, and technical specifications.
– Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
