Job Description
- Oversee financial reporting, collections, and cash management to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor accounts receivable, validate payments, and manage financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Supervise and train finance team members to improve performance and accuracy
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk
- Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and clients for financial concerns and collection settlements
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial planning
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or collections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making
- Experience in managing accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to supervise and collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial risk management
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
