E-Commerce Operation Specialist/2yrs Exp/BGC/20k-30k

Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Oversee and manage product listings, ensuring that product information, such as images, descriptions, and prices, are accurate and updated.
Monitor inventory levels and update the online store accordingly.
Order Processing:

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Sales and Promotions:

Plan, execute, and monitor online promotions and marketing campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to increase store visibility and sales.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging and platform-specific content to attract and retain customers.
Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Market Analysis:

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
Make data-driven recommendations for improving store performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from top universities like UP Diliman, Ateneo de Manila University, or De La Salle University.
Good English communication skills.
New graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
