Work Schedule is Shifting total of 12 hours Duty with OT
Job Purpose
The Quality Control/Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards. This role helps maintain product integrity by identifying defects, verifying product specifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspection & Testing
Examine raw materials, components, and finished products to detect defects or inconsistencies.
Utilize measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) for precise quality checks.
2. Product Verification
Ensure all products meet company specifications and quality standards before distribution.
Document and report inspection results for quality tracking and improvement.
3. Defect Identification & Correction
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
4. Compliance Checking
Ensure products comply with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
Assist in internal audits and quality assessments when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for specialized industries such as Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Quality Management).
Minimum of 1 year experience in QA/QC inspection.
Experience in auditing or product compliance is an advantage but not required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, Product Quality Standards).
Proficiency in using measuring tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Strong attention to detail for defect identification and quality verification.
Problem-solving skills to address defects or inconsistencies.
Good communication skills to document findings and report to teams.
