Job Description
Location: Malate, Manila
Salary: Metro Manila Minimum Rate
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
Perform collection activities for assigned auto accounts and maintain delinquency at a minimum.
Ensure leakage rate remains within management’s prescribed ratio.
Conduct collection activities via phone and accurately record transactions in the Collection System.
Monitor clients’ commitments and settlements within the system.
Process check deferment, PDC withdrawal, redeposit instructions, and other repayment arrangements as needed.
Endorse accounts for field visits or verification based on location and guidelines.
Coordinate with Account Officers and Lending Center Heads for uncontactable accounts.
Report directly to the PITS Operation Supervisor/Sr. Marketing Representative.
