Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱23,000 - ₱28,000
- Must be a Graduate of BS in Engineering course/s
- With or Without Engineering License
- At least 1 Year of working experience Customer Service
- Responsible for managing existing customer accounts and ensuring that Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) performance meets customer requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support
