Job Description

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any)
License: With or without license

Salary Range: PHP 23,000 – 28,000

Experience: Preferably with customer service experience

Job Description: The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and ensuring that Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) performance meets customer requirements. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
