Grow with us in the heart of Metro Manila! This position is an onsite independent contractor role, based in Ortigas CBD, Pasig, right by Ortigas Station MRT.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins to assess patient well-being, review symptoms, and escalate concerns to providers.
Identify trends in patient data that indicate potential health risks and take proactive steps to notify healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with Remote Patient Monitoring protocols, including
Educate patients on how to properly use their Remote Patient Monitoring devices and encourage adherence to their care plan.
Document patient interactions and data trends accurately in the EMR/EHR system.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or BSN graduate from the Philippines with at least 1 years of clinical experience.
Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is preferred.
Strong understanding of patient education, chronic disease management, and remote care coordination.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and remote monitoring software.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to analyze patient data trends, identify warning signs, and follow the escalation protocols for the practice.
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers in a virtual or clinical setting.
Familiarity with CMS guidelines for RPM billing compliance.
Previous experience as a telehealth nurse or medical virtual assistant.
