Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering; must be licensed.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in oil depot or marine pier construction.
- Knowledge in petroleum construction codes, standards and best practices.
- Excellent project and people management skills.
- Will hold office in D. Tuazon, Quezon City
- Willing to be assigned in Jimenez Misamis, Surigao, and other project sites.
- Can start ASAP.
- Okay with project based contract for 1 year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the progress of the project.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring report to project management team.
- Supervise the quality of workmanship of contractors; ensure all works are within the standard specification.
- Prepare progress and accomplishment reports including Gantt charts for the contractor billing.
- Accomplish in-house estimate and feasibility study whenever necessary for special projects.
- Recommend improvement points for project delivery success.
- Salary:
- ₱50,000.00 Monthly
