Job Description

Are you excited about providing excellent support to travelers? We're hiring a dynamic Travel Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu - Insular/IT-Park.

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist travelers with their inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
Handle travel-related concerns and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Communicate to address customer needs and concerns.

Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least a high school graduate under the old curriculum.
We're also considering senior high school graduates. You may have with or without BPO experience. You should have excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in the WOSA.
