Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to write clear and detailed business requirements
- Knowledge of Excel, databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, GraphDB), and process modeling
- Familiarity with TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) and ECBA (Entry-level Business Analysis Certification)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience in Banking & Finance is a plus
