Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) Planning Analyst to join our team. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and on-site work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective workforce planning, scheduling, and real-time management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling for optimal workforce utilization.
Monitor real-time adherence and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational requirements.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure staffing efficiency.
Collaborate with operational leaders to align workforce plans with business goals.
Create reports and provide insights to improve workforce strategies.
Address schedule deviations and communicate necessary changes to team members.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in Workforce Management is non-negotiable.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in workforce tools and software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
