Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated WFM (Workforce Management) Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing workforce performance, ensuring that staffing levels align with operational needs. You will use your analytical skills to forecast, schedule, and manage resources efficiently to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage workforce data to forecast staffing needs.
Develop and maintain schedules that align with business needs.
Monitor real-time performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure service levels are met.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workforce management and adherence to targets.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Generate and present reports on workforce performance and staffing levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct WFM assessments and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Must have prior experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in WFM software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Ability to generate and interpret data reports to support decision-making.
