Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to ensure they meet operational goals and deliver high-quality results. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in motivating team members and maintaining an efficient work environment. The position requires a flexible schedule, including on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Provide training, support, and feedback to team members to ensure high performance.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, addressing any issues or concerns.
Ensure that operational goals and targets are met consistently.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Requires experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, with a focus on insurance.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule.
