The role involves developing and managing communication strategies and branding initiatives to promote the organization and its products both locally and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Brand Management (20%)**
- Consistently deploy the brand across all platforms.
- Develop branding guides and corporate materials.
- Manage logos, and assist in defining mission and vision for subsidiaries.

2. **External PR (10%)**
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns.
- Build media relationships and handle press releases.
- Increase brand exposure through creative campaigns and public events.

3. **Internal PR (10%)**
- Implement internal communication programs.
- Manage employee newsletters and handbooks.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

4. **Communication (20%)**
- Maintain high standards for marketing materials.
- Develop and update marketing content.
- Coordinate English-language materials for subsidiaries.

5. **Core Values (20%)**
- Work with HR to communicate core values to employees.
- Assist in improving employee communication skills.

6. **Staff Management (20%)**
- Develop systems to improve departmental efficiency.
- Oversee hiring and training for the department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage budgets.

7. **Creative Development**
- Produce creative materials that align with brand strategy.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet standards.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, or Marketing.
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with 5+ years in management.
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Master’s degree or certifications in Marketing is a plus.
