Job Description

Job Overview:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving and maintaining the sales performance of HDI inventory, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and client relationship management. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to HDI’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new clients and maintain existing ones.

Manage budgets, schedules, and sales reporting.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams for creative, production, and legal requirements.

Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting.

Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in OOH advertising.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in project management and technology.
