Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: 50k-80k

Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team to achieve sales revenue and growth targets. As a Sales Manager, you will provide active leadership in ensuring that all sales strategies, plans, and programs are successfully executed, while aligning with our company's mission, vision, and core values.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement annual sales plans and programs to achieve sales growth targets

* Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance

* Collaborate with the Finance department to manage ageing receivables and ensure collection efficiency

* Develop and implement staff development programs to improve sales competencies

* Prepare regular sales reports, including sales bookings, revenue, projections, and performance reviews

* Conduct weekly sales meetings to address specific concerns and provide coaching sessions

* Represent the company in internal and external affairs

Requirements:

* College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications

* At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Management in Out-of-home advertising

* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products and services in OOH advertising

* Strong organizational, people, and communication skills

* Ability to analyze relationships of numbers and information, and make sound decisions

* Experience in working with numbers and statistical analysis

* Ability to work effectively with management, personnel, and external contacts

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and in-house technology
