Job Description
At least with 1 year experience in Human Resources or fresh graduate can apply
Processing various paperwork, especially filing of Worker's Statutory Monetary Benefits (Maternity, Paternity, and the like) and other related Company benefits.
Coordinates and assist with non-salary employee compensation like HMO renewal, retirement, and insurance claims.
Monitors and updates all Company benefit programs.
Prepares employee ID, releasing and monitoring ID laces and uniform of employees.
Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate personnel in charge.
Facilitates on boarding orientation and employee recognition programs.
Monitors employee's status and prepares regularization contracts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
