Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000 (+20% Night Differential)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Assistant Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs, ensuring workforce competency and efficiency. This role involves designing training materials, delivering sessions, monitoring effectiveness, and managing a team of training specialists. The ideal candidate has a strong background in training and development, leadership skills, and experience in technical and non-technical training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Training Development & Delivery
Design and develop training curricula, materials, and programs for employees at various skill levels.
Select and implement effective training delivery methods.
Conduct training sessions on technical and non-technical topics, including workplace standards and leadership development.
Ensure all training programs align with organizational goals.

Technical & Non-Technical Training
Deliver discipline-specific training (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Internal Controls).
Provide competency-based training (e.g., Influence & Negotiation for Sales).
Conduct general workplace training (e.g., company policies, communication, time management).
Develop leadership and management programs to support employee growth.
Team & Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate a team of training specialists.
Oversee daily training operations and execution of training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Process Improvement & Vendor Management
Assess and enhance training effectiveness through continuous improvement.
Identify and implement best practices in training methodologies.
Manage relationships with external training vendors.
Contribute to the development of training policies, processes, and standards.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in training & development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
Strong background in both technical and non-technical training.
Experience in BPO or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Proficiency in training tools, software, and LMS platforms.
