Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations such as planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting practices, financial stability, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting operations, including revenue audits, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, legal regulations and internal controls.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Implement and maintain internal audit procedures to monitor financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial objectives and operational efficiency.
- Monitor tax obligations and prepare reports for regulatory agencies.
- Supervise accounting staff, providing training and guidance on best practices.
- Assess financial risks and propose strategies for financial efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, audits, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
