Job Description

(Full-Time, Night Shift, Onsite – Ayala)
Salary Range: PHP 21,000 – PHP 23,000
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Taxes and Expense Coordinator to manage tax and expense-related transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting or finance background, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage tax and expense transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform financial data entry with precision.
Use Excel functions (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in report preparation.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless financial processing.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
Work effectively in a high-paced production environment.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a Junior College.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Proven data entry experience with high accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
