Work location: BF Homes, Paranaque City
Salary Offer: 30,000-35,000
Job description:
• Plans & implements marketing strategy, including advertising and public relations
• Organizes promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
• Leads and trains teams of Marketing Associates
• Analyzes website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions
• Identifies potential new markets and creates a plan to enter those markets
• Disseminates and monitors marketing promotions.
• Identifies prospective clients and generate leads
• Develops and manages strategies for the organization, marketing plans, and incentive commission of agents.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Management or equivalent
• Seasoned professional with significant experience and hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing
• Must have experience in strategic planning and execution; planning market strategies, advertising campaigns and knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations, contracting and negotiations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (Mandarin and English)
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and entrepreneurial skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Basic computers skills (e-mail, MS Word, spreadsheets and Power Point)
