Job Description
- Plan and implement marketing strategies, including advertising and public relations.
- Organize promotional events and oversee staffing and deliveries.
- Lead and train marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies for market entry and identify potential new markets.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams for accurate demand estimation.
- Monitor and manage marketing promotions.
Sales & Channel Management:
- Identify prospective clients and generate leads.
- Develop and manage marketing plans, sales strategies, and commission incentives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, advertising campaigns, and sales management.
- Excellent communication skills in **Mandarin** and **English**.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Proficient in computer applications (**e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint**).
