Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 21,000 – PHP 23,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Staff member to manage inventory records and ensure smooth operations during night shifts onsite. This role involves tracking stock levels, conducting audits, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory data.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update inventory records in Excel and Oracle systems.
Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support peak-time operations, especially during close periods.
Coordinate with teams across different time zones.
Qualifications
Accounting or related background preferred.
Strong Excel skills and experience with PC applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Oracle system experience preferred; CrunchTime/APEX familiarity is a plus.
Experience in the cruise industry is an advantage.
