Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at STACKph in Angeles. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, providing customer support, and showcasing computer literacy in their daily tasks.
Qualifications
At least 3 months Call center experience
At least College Graduate
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills
Customer Support and Computer Literacy
Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
