Job Description
-Handles hospital events and activities
-Benchmarks with other hospitals and competitors
-Works with Customer Service for any customer service related initiatives
-Works with Occupational Health Nurse and Doctors with regard to hospital based industrial company transactions.
-Works with External Marketer for any administrative duties and responsibilities
-Works with other departments with regard to their initiatives such as NSD’s New Born Certificates
QUALIFICATION
-Must have a 4-year college degree in Business Administration/Marketing course or any other related courses.
-Must have background in sales, marketing, communications, employee engagements, event management and the likes. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
-Tech Savvy – must be able to leverage technology to increase efficiency. Should have knowledge in Microsoft Applications. Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus.
-Communication – must know how to communicate well both oral and written.
-Analytical Skills – must be able to think out of the box and must have strong problem solving skills.
-Financial Management – must know how to handle budget and expenses in order to gain bigger returns.
-Team Player – must know how to work with a team.
-Creativity – can think big. Must have countless ideas and concepts for innovations and projects.
