Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities
• Create and send invoices to clients, monitor incoming payments, and collect unpaid billing.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and promptly.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salary, deductions, and taxes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized and secure records of financial transactions.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as requested by Directors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Six months – 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members
