Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Must have a proven track record of sales of 50M to 100M Pesos per annum
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions.

Salary Range:70K to 100K (commission is separate).
