Job Description

Tableau Developers (Project-Based)
Position: Tableau Developer
Number of Openings: 4
Employment Type: Project-Based / Independent Contractor (6 months, possible renewal)
Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – PHP 80,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Client office in Pasay City (Remote work available at least once a week)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Tableau Developers to design, develop, and implement high-quality business intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop stable and scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze reporting needs.
Create interactive dashboards and reports from multiple data sources.
Validate reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Design and implement Data Warehouses and Data Marts.
Optimize database performance using best practices.
Automate reports and conduct data analysis for ad-hoc requests.
Develop user guides and documentation for reporting tools.
Investigate and resolve quality control issues in reports.
Work with customers to provide technical support and insights.
Transition reports and dashboards to the Operations and Support Team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
Strong knowledge of data visualization, relational databases, and BI architecture.
Experience with at least one BI tool, such as:
Power BI, SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Oracle Data Integrations, MicroStrategy, Datastage, Teradata, Cognos, SAP BOBJ, QlikView, Yellowfin, Jaspersoft.
Understanding of data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, 1-3NF).
Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in BI solutions.
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, or Project Management Methodologies is a plus.
Prior experience in scoping, planning, or project management is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City under an initial 6-month contract.
Available to start immediately.
